Binding: Attractive and very good binding, finely bound in half brown morocco leather (hinges fine, overall slightly worn and scuffed - as shown, spine slightly sunned - as shown) under a protective removable mylar cover. Upper edge gilt. A very beautiful binding!
Content: Very good content (bright, tight and clean, some light foxing mainly on the outer edges - as shown). 
Illustrations: Complete with the beautiful 36 full-page color plates by William Russell Flint.

The illustrator: William Russell Flint (1880–1969) was a Scottish artist and illustrator who was known especially for his watercolour paintings of women.
