Binding: Very good contemporary red full-polished calf leather binding with gilt tooling on the spine and covers. Raised bands on the spine with compartments richly decorated in gilt. Double gilt fillet borders on covers (hinges fine, overall slightly worn and scuffed - as shown) under a protective removable mylar cover. All edges gilt.
Content: Good to very good content (bright, tight, some light foxing and staining mainly on the lower corner of 10 pages - as shown, old handwritten pagination to right margin of the table of contents - as shown).
