Returns

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This includes weekends and public holidays. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires.

For all other customers, our return window is 14 days from the date of receipt. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it.

For standard returns, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is required because of a material error in our description or bibliographical identification of the book, MFLIBRA will arrange or reimburse the return shipping and provide a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

If you are shipping a book valued at more than $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of an uninsured or untracked return.
