Returns

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This includes weekends and public holidays. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires.

For all other customers, our return window is 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This predefined return shipping fee will be disclosed to you at the time of your return request.

If you are shipping a book over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
