Illustrations: Complete with the 8 wonderful full-page color illustrations and 42 in-text illustrations by William Henry Walker.

The illustrator: William Henry Walker (Born: 1871 - Pittston, Pennsylvania, Died: 1938) "W. H. Walker (active 1905-1915?). Whereas W. H. Walker can be connected to few children's books of the period, the contribution he made to the Alice canon has had lasting merit. The brightly colored palette of his Alice illustrations make them quite distinct without burying the draftsmanship of his fine line drawings." 
In addition to being one of the first artists to provide illustrations for 'Alice in Wonderland' after the expiration of Lewis Caroll's patent, W. H. Walker also illustrated other children books.
