The book: Beautiful First Edition in a very nice Morocco binding by Bayntun of The Time Machine,  a classic science fiction novel by H.G Wells following a Time Traveller who invents a machine and explores the future. He discovers two species: the peaceful Eloi and the savage Morlocks. Through survival challenges, he learns about human evolution and societal decay. It explores class, evolution, and time's relativity in a thought-provoking narrative.

The author: Herbert George Wells (21 September 1866 – 13 August 1946) was an English writer. Prolific in many genres, he wrote more than fifty novels and dozens of short stories. His non-fiction output included works of social commentary, politics, history, popular science, satire, biography and autobiography. Wells is now best remembered for his science fiction novels and has been called the "father of science fiction."
